The Strike Industries Polymer Magazine Release for CZ Scorpion EVO transforms one of the platform's most frustrating ergonomic compromises into a genuine speed advantage. Stock Scorpion magazines require a two-handed fumble to release—one hand to hold the gun, the other to actuate the cramped factory lever. Strike's solution replaces that weak point with extended polymer fins positioned on both sides of the trigger guard, letting you drop a mag with your firing finger while keeping your grip hand planted and ready. For competition shooters, home defenders, or anyone running drills, that efficiency compounds fast across multiple magazine changes.

Cast from high-strength polymer, this magazine release is lightweight and durable, designed to handle repeated tactical reloads without wear. The ambidextrous fin design means it works the same for southpaws and right-handers, eliminating the usual compromise. Installation puts it directly into your shooting workflow—no learning curve, no muscle memory reset required, just faster mag transitions from day one.

If you're already running an Scorpion EVO and you've felt the friction of that factory release, this is a no-regrets upgrade. It costs nothing in weight, requires no gunsmithing, and pays dividends every time you train.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this magazine release work with my stock CZ Scorpion EVO magazines?

Yes. This release is engineered for standard CZ Scorpion EVO magazines and is a direct replacement for the factory release lever.

Can I use this if I'm left-handed?

Yes. The ambidextrous design places extended fins on both sides of the trigger guard, so the release works equally well for left- and right-handed shooters.

Do I need any special tools or gunsmithing to install this?

The release is designed as a drop-in replacement for the Scorpion EVO platform. No gunsmithing is required, but installation details should be verified before attempting the swap. Consult the manufacturer's instructions or a qualified armorer if you're uncertain.

How does this improve my reload speed?

By moving the release point to the sides of the trigger guard and extending the lever surface, you can depress it with your shooting finger without breaking your grip or repositioning your support hand. This eliminates the two-handed fumble of the factory design and speeds up tactical and competition reloads.
