Steiner
The Steiner DBAL-D2 is a full-featured combat laser and illuminator built for shooters who need precision aiming and target identification in low-light and night vision environments. Combining a co-aligned visible green laser, infrared aiming laser, and infrared illuminator in one compact rail-mounted package, this tool bridges the gap between daytime accuracy and tactical night operations—whether you're training, conducting a precision shot, or running night vision gear.
Built with Steiner's aspherical telescopic lens technology, the DBAL-D2 produces a tightly collimated beam that performs reliably beyond 1000 meters. The adjustable illumination beam spreads from 2° to 30°, giving you flexibility to match your optics and distance. The Class 1 IR laser keeps things eye-safe while the 600mW IR illuminator bathes your target in infrared light—invisible to the naked eye but crystal clear through night vision devices. Dual activation options—integrated pushbutton and included remote cable pressure pad—let you choose momentary or continuous (5-minute) operation depending on your mission.
Mounting is straightforward: the patented Quick Release HT Mount locks onto any Picatinny rail with self-adjusting alignment, and the laser includes a remote cable port for flexibility in how you run it. Windage and elevation are fully adjustable, and the integrated indicator light keeps you informed of power status. For shooters investing in night vision or running tactical training, the DBAL-D2 is a serious upgrade in target acquisition and illumination capability.
