Steiner
The Steiner M5Xi 5-25x56mm rifle scope is a precision optic built for shooters who demand performance at extreme distance. This German-engineered long-range scope combines serious magnification power with optical clarity that cuts through harsh light and shadow—whether you're glassing a ridge at dawn or dialing in on steel at 1,500 meters. The 34mm tube houses robust elevation travel and a side-focus mechanism that lets you dial in parallax quickly without losing your cheek weld, making it equally at home on a precision rifle, competition platform, or dedicated long-range hunting rig.
What sets the M5Xi apart is its optical pedigree. Steiner's broadband anti-reflection coatings deliver light transmission that holds up even in marginal conditions—dawn, dusk, and overcast days where lesser glass starts to fade. The illuminated MSR 2 reticle etches directly onto the glass, so you always have a holdover reference regardless of battery life, while the illumination adds versatility when you need it. The matte finish on the tube eliminates glint and blends into modern rifle systems without drawing attention.
This is a scope purpose-built for the shooter who understands that magnification is only part of the equation. True 25x magnification gives you the zoom to verify hits and read wind at distance, while the lower end of the 5x range keeps both eyes open and your field of view wide enough for hunting applications or quick target acquisition. The rigid one-piece 34mm tube and shockproof construction mean this optic will outlast the rifles you mount it on—provided you treat it with the respect precision glass deserves.
| Magnification | 5-25x |
| Objective Diameter | 56mm |
| Tube Diameter | 34mm |
| Reticle Type | Illuminated MSR 2, etched glass |
| Focus Mechanism | Side focus (parallax adjustment) |
| Finish | Matte |
| Waterproof | Yes |
| Fogproof | Yes |
| Shockproof | Yes |
| Country of Origin | Germany |
Yes. The 5-25x magnification, 56mm objective, and extended elevation travel built into the 34mm tube make this scope well-suited for both precision hunting at distance and competitive long-range applications. The side focus mechanism and DuoScale elevation system support the precise adjustments required at extreme range.
The MSR 2 reticle is etched directly onto the glass, so you have a functional aiming point whether the illumination is active or not. The illumination is a convenience feature, not a requirement for use.
The M5Xi features Steiner's patented DuoScale elevation system, which includes a second-rotation scale that remains hidden when inactive. This allows you to keep accurate track of elevation adjustments without the clutter of a traditional revolution counter.
Yes. The M5Xi is waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof, making it reliable in rain, snow, and demanding field conditions.
