Smith & Wesson
The Smith & Wesson H.R.T. neck knife is a fixed spear point blade built for quick access and everyday carry. This isn't a folder you fumble with one hand—the fixed design means your blade is ready the moment you need it, whether you're processing game in the field, breaking down gear at camp, or handling tasks around the homestead. The titanium nitride coating on the blade stands up to moisture and rust, so it'll keep an edge even in wet conditions without constant fussing.
What sets this neck knife apart is the deliberate balance between size and utility. The spear point geometry cuts well across a range of tasks—slicing, detail work, and general camp duty—without the aggressive aggression of a drop point. Carry it on a breakaway neck cord (a safety feature that matters if you ever snag it), and you've got a blade within reach without belt real estate or pocket bulk.
The G10 handle is no joke. This material is tough, textured for grip in wet or bloody hands, and won't absorb water or break down over years of hard use. Paired with the fixed blade and included nylon sheath, you get a purpose-built tool that expects to work, not just look the part.
| Blade Steel | 8Cr |
| Blade Coating | Titanium Nitride |
| Blade Shape | Fixed Spear Point |
| Handle Material | Black G10 |
| Carry System | Breakaway Neck Cord with Nylon Sheath |
| Manufacturer | Smith & Wesson |
Yes. The fixed spear point blade is designed for general cutting tasks in the field, including processing game. The titanium nitride coating protects the blade from blood and moisture, and the fixed design means you're not fiddling with a folder when your hands are full or wet.
You get the neck knife with its titanium nitride-coated blade, G10 handle, breakaway neck cord, and a nylon sheath for safe carry and storage.
Titanium nitride coating protects the 8Cr steel blade from corrosion and rust, which extends edge retention and reduces the maintenance burden if you're carrying it in wet environments or using it in field conditions.
The breakaway design is a safety feature—if the cord snags on brush or gear, it will release rather than choking or pinning you. This makes it practical for active outdoor use where a fixed attachment could create a hazard.
