The Sightmark 9mm Luger red laser boresight is a chamber-loaded calibration tool that gives you a fast, ammo-free way to dial in your rifle or shotgun. Instead of burning through rounds at the range to find your zero, simply load the boresight like a live round and the red laser dot shows you exactly where your gun is pointing—then you can adjust your scope or sights accordingly. It's built for hunters, competitive shooters, and anyone who wants to cut range time and ammunition waste during the initial setup process. Once you've established your zero with the laser, a minimal trip downrange for live-fire confirmation is all you need to account for variables like bullet drop at distance.

The real-world payoff is straightforward: you'll use fewer cartridges getting on target, leaving more ammo for actual practice and hunting. The compact, lightweight design and included carrying pouch make it easy to keep in your range bag or truck, so you can boresight a gun anywhere you need to. Whether you're working up a new hunting rig, checking zero before a match, or troubleshooting a scope after a transport, having a laser boresight saves time and frustration—and your wallet notices it too.

Sightmark designs this tool to be reliable and durable enough for repeated use, making it a solid investment for anyone who shoots more than one gun or wants to avoid the guesswork that comes with cold-bore sight-in sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this boresight work with my rifle and shotgun?

Yes. The Sightmark 9mm Luger boresight is designed to work with rifles and shotguns of various types—as long as your firearm is chambered in 9mm Luger and you can safely load it into the chamber.

Do I still need to shoot live rounds after using the laser boresight?

The boresight gets you on target quickly, but firing live rounds is recommended afterward to fine-tune your zero and account for variables like bullet drop at distance and other inconsistencies in your particular gun-and-ammo combination.

What's included with the boresight?

The Sightmark 9mm Luger red laser boresight comes with a lightweight carrying pouch to protect and transport the tool.

How does this save ammunition and range time?

Instead of spending dozens of rounds walking your shots onto target, the laser shows you bore alignment instantly. You only need a few live-fire confirmations to dial in your final zero, leaving more ammo for practice and hunting instead of the initial sight-in process.
