The Sig Sauer Romeo-X is a purpose-built open-emitter red dot sight designed for shooters who demand durability, precision, and the ability to keep their sights running day in and day out. Built around a CNC-machined 7075 aluminum housing, this optic inherits lessons learned from Sig's military-spec ROMEO-M17 platform and packages them into a streamlined sight for civilian pistols. Whether you're setting up a duty carry, competition gun, or tactical platform, the Romeo-X delivers the rugged construction and functional design that working shooters expect.

The open-emitter design paired with an aspherical lens ensures a clean, distortion-free sight picture without the complexity of a tube. The dual-reticle system—a crisp 2 MOA dot nested inside a 32 MOA circle—gives you flexibility to shoot fast at close range or dial in precision at distance. The ultra-low deck height is engineered to co-witness with standard-height iron sights, so you're never left without a backup aiming system. Motion-activated illumination (MOTAC) stretches battery life to a rated 20,000 hours, and the side-mounted battery compartment means you can swap a CR1632 cell without removing the sight from your gun.

Side-to-side and fore-aft adjustment travel gives you 80 MOA in each direction—enough windage and elevation for most mounting footprints and shooting distances. The 15 illumination settings include three dedicated night-vision modes, so low-light work doesn't force you to cycle through daytime brightness levels. Designed, tested, and assembled in the USA, the Romeo-X is available in factory configurations for popular DeltaPoint Pro, R1P/R2, P365, and Shield RMSc footprints.
