Sig Sauer
The Sig Sauer SIERRA3BDX 4.5-14x44 riflescope brings a modern ballistics system into a rugged, traditional optic form. This 30mm scope pairs with a compatible Sig BDX rangefinder via Bluetooth to deliver an illuminated holdover dot that adjusts automatically based on actual range, environmental conditions, and your ammunition's ballistics. No more guessing holdovers or dialing between shots—range the target, place the digital dot, and shoot. It's the "connect the dot" philosophy that removes variables and lets you focus on the hunt.
The SIERRA3BDX uses a second focal plane reticle with an OLED-illuminated digital holdover dot that scales to any magnification, so subtension stays true whether you're glassed at 4.5x or cranked to 14x. The integrated BDX-R1 digital reticle pairs with Sig's SpectraCoat lens coatings to maximize light transmission, while LevelPlex digital anti-cant technology automatically increases sensitivity on longer shots to help you stay level. A kinetic energy indicator (KinETHIC) alerts you if bullet energy drops below your preset threshold—a practical reminder that ethics and accuracy go hand in hand.
Built for the field: waterproof to IPX-7 (full immersion to 1 meter), fog-proof, and fitted with MOTAC motion-activated illumination that powers the reticle on when you move and down when you're still—extending battery life while keeping the dot ready. Adjustment resolution is 0.25 MOA, side focus is included, and the scope runs on two CR2032 batteries. This scope rewards patience in setup but pays dividends in the field, especially if you're already comfortable with rangefinders and ballistic apps.

The SIERRA3BDX integrates with BDX-capable Sig Sauer rangefinders via Bluetooth. You'll need to verify that your rangefinder model supports the BDX Ballistic Data Xchange system before pairing.
Yes. The SIERRA3BDX functions as a traditional riflescope with manual reticle holdovers and manual windage/elevation adjustment. The BDX system enhances capability but is not required for basic scope operation.
The scope runs on two CR2032 batteries. MOTAC motion-activated illumination extends battery life by powering the reticle down when stationary and up when motion is detected.
The KinETHIC indicator works with any load, but you configure the energy threshold using the Sig BDX App based on your ammunition's ballistics and your own ethical standards. The app and system are designed to let you set the energy floor for your chosen cartridge and load.
