Xs Sight Systems
The XS Sight Systems Shotrail rail and rear sight tritium front for Mossberg 500/590/930 shotguns is a practical answer for hunters and shooters who want a modern aiming solution without replacing their shotgun's receiver. This complete setup pairs a Picatinny rail with a ghost ring rear sight and tritium-illuminated front post, giving you flexible mounting options for optics or lights while maintaining traditional iron sight capability. Installation is straightforward—no gunsmithing required—and the system is specifically engineered to work on shotguns lacking a factory front sight base or rib.
The ghost ring rear sight is precision machined from stress-proof steel and gives you windage and elevation adjustment for zeroing. The banded tritium front sight post is always visible, whether you're shooting in bright daylight, dim timber, or low-light conditions. The Picatinny rail itself is constructed from anodized aluminum and accepts standard Weaver or Picatinny rings and mounts, so you can add a red dot, tactical light, or both when the mission demands it.
If you run a Mossberg 500, 590, or 930 and want to modernize your aiming setup without a trip to the gunsmith, this rail and sight combo gives you the flexibility to shoot irons or add optics down the road. The banded front design means it works on barrels that don't already have a sight rib—one of the common frustrations with older or aftermarket shotgun barrels.
