Shield Arms
The Shield Arms Echelon +5 mag extension gives your Springfield Echelon magazine five extra rounds without the bulk or hassle of carrying a second spare. Built from billet 6061 aluminum and Type 2 anodized for durability, this extension adds capacity where it counts—in the gun. The design philosophy here is straightforward: more ammo on board, same reliable feeding, and a system that doesn't slow you down when you need to service the magazine.
What sets this extension apart is the easy-access floor plate. Instead of wrestling the extension off every time you need to clean or replace the spring and follower, you can service the internals in seconds without removing the extension from the magazine body itself. That's practical engineering for shooters who maintain their gear in the field or at the range. The extension body features index cuts for positive, repeatable assembly, and it works seamlessly with OEM magazine springs, so you're not buying into a proprietary system.
Made in the USA, the Echelon +5 comes with all necessary hardware—screws and hex keys included—so you can install it and get to the range. It's equally at home on a duty gun, a carry backup, or a range toy where capacity matters and reliability can't take a back seat.
