Seekins Precision
The Seekins Precision Havak PH3 in 7mm PRC is a modern long-range hunting and target rifle built around a flat-shooting magnum platform with serious ergonomic and modularity features. This 22-inch fluted threaded-barrel rifle combines Seekins' reputation for precision engineering with practical field-ready design—think smooth bolt cycling, quick barrel swaps, and enough rail real estate to mount whatever glass and accessories match your mission. Whether you're glassing ridges in steep country or stretching shots at the range, the PH3 delivers the speed and accuracy hunters and precision shooters demand.
The action is where Seekins has leaned hard into the modern rifle playbook. A 3-lug bolt with a 60-degree throw means faster, smoother cycling than traditional long-throw designs. The bolt disassembles without tools—helpful for fieldstripping or swapping to a different caliber on Seekins' quick-change barrel system. That modular approach pairs with an integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail (built into the receiver) and a full-length M-LOK rail along the foregrip, giving you flexibility to mount scopes, bipods, and other kit however you shoot. The adjustable cheek riser lets you dial in head position for proper eye relief with different optics or shooting positions.
Build quality is solid throughout. The barrel is 416R stainless steel, fluted to shed weight and heat, and threaded 5/8x24 for suppressors or muzzle devices. The stock is Seekins' own carbon composite design in the rugged Mountain Shadow finish—a neutral, practical color for hunting and range work. The trigger is user-adjustable (2.5–5 lbs) and comes from Trigger Tech, known for clean, reliable breaks. All of that sits on a steel receiver with Picatinny tops, no aluminum compromise.
In 7mm PRC, you're working with a relatively modern short-mag cartridge that tolerates longer projectiles and extended seating depths—the platform allows up to 3.14" COAL in the PRC family, meaning you can seat heavy, aerodynamic bullets closer to the lands without losing magazine capacity.

Yes. The Havak PH3 uses Seekins' quick-change barrel system with open-source headspace and tenon specs. The bolt disassembles without tools, making caliber swaps straightforward. You'll need the correct bolt configuration (magnum or standard) for your caliber, but the modular design is purpose-built for this workflow.
The receiver includes an integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail on top, so you can mount most modern rifle scopes directly without external rings or bases—that 20 MOA helps with longer-range elevation adjustments. The full-length integrated M-LOK rail on the foregrip handles bipods and other lightweight accessories.
Yes. The PH3 action is interchangeable with Seekins M3 chassis and stocks, and compatible with the Seekins Mini Chassis, giving you options to tailor the rifle to your preferred shooting position or carry method.
This model ships with a Seekins PH3 carbon composite stock in Mountain Shadow finish—a neutral, field-ready color. The barrel is black fluted stainless with a threaded muzzle (5/8x24). Refer to your documentation for a complete list of included items and accessories.
