The Savage Arms Stevens 555 12 gauge over/under shotgun combines classic double-barrel handling with modern reliability at a price that won't drain your hunting budget. This oil brown model delivers the fast target acquisition and smooth swing that made over/unders the go-to choice for upland hunters, clay shooters, and anyone who values a lightweight, well-balanced gun. Built on a lightweight aluminum receiver, the 555 sheds unnecessary weight without sacrificing durability, making it a natural fit for a long day in the field or hours at the trap range.

The Stevens 555 equips you from the box with genuine Turkish walnut furniture and chrome-lined carbon steel barrels—components that earn respect on any hunting ground. A tang-mounted safety keeps the manual of arms intuitive, while the single selective mechanical trigger lets you choose which barrel fires first. The included set of five choke tubes (Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Cylinder) gives you the flexibility to dial in performance for everything from tight flocks of doves to dense brush work.

This is working-gun engineering: no unnecessary frills, no marketing premium, just honest construction in a 12 gauge that handles the way shooters expect an over/under to handle. Whether you're breaking in on clay or heading into early season, the Stevens 555 is built to function and built to last.
