The Safariland 6354RDSO is a purpose-built holster for shooters running a Glock 19 MOS topped with a red dot sight and weapon light. If you've upgraded your carry or duty gun with an optic and a light like the X300, you know that off-the-shelf holsters designed for iron sights alone don't cut it—this holster is engineered specifically to accommodate that setup. The 6354RDSO combines Safariland's proven Automatic Locking System (ALS) retention with an open-pocket design that keeps your optic protected without relying on a dust cover, giving you the security of positive lock-up plus the flexibility to deploy your sight picture immediately.

Built from durable Cordura in Coyote Brown, this holster is rugged enough for duty, training, or serious sport shooting. The ALS mechanism is a Safariland hallmark—a simple thumb-activated retention that works intuitively and keeps your firearm secure through draws, movement, and rough handling. Unlike some red-dot-ready designs that use flip-up covers, the 6354RDSO's open pocket approach means your dot stays clean and ready to run. This is the holster for shooters who've invested in modernizing their Glock 19 MOS and expect their carry system to keep pace.

Fit is tight to the Glock 19 MOS platform with a light and optic mounted. Safariland's compatibility specs are exacting, so verify your exact light model before ordering—the holster is designed around TLR-7-class lights and optics of similar profile. If your setup matches, you'll get a holster that secures your gun, protects your upgrades, and lets you train and carry with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this holster fit my Glock 19 MOS with a different red dot or light?

The 6354RDSO is engineered for the Glock 19 MOS platform with a red dot sight and a light of TLR-7 size and profile. Other optics or lights may not fit properly. Verify your specific combination before ordering to ensure proper fit and retention.

Does this holster come with a dust cover for the optic?

No. The 6354RDSO uses an open-pocket design that protects your red dot without a flip-up cover, keeping your sight ready to use immediately without any additional steps on the draw.

What is the Automatic Locking System and how does it work?

The ALS is Safariland's thumb-activated retention mechanism. A simple thumb release on the holster secures your firearm immediately upon holstering and is disengaged with a natural thumb motion during the draw. It requires no tools and provides confident retention for carry, duty, or training.

What's included with the holster?

The product includes the holster only. Any mounting hardware, belt attachments, or accessories must be ordered separately if needed for your specific carry setup.
