The Safariland INCOG P365/X/XL is a hybrid IWB (inside-the-waistband) holster purpose-built for Sig Sauer P365, P365X, and P365XL shooters who need serious concealment without sacrificing draw speed or comfort. This is deep-carry carry done right—a polymer-and-thermoplastic design that tucks close to your body while letting you achieve a full firing grip before the gun clears leather. Whether you're running a micro red dot or iron sights, the INCOG adapts to your setup and your carry preferences.

The standout feature is Safariland's clip system: over-the-belt polymer clips that open outward and lock down naturally as you slide the holster onto your belt. An actuated finger tab lets you pop the holster off or on in seconds without fumbling. Retention is passive—no active buttons or levers to disengage under stress—but fully adjustable so you can dial in the exact tension your gun needs. The ejection port and trigger guard feature passive retention geometry, meaning your P365 stays put until you're ready to draw.

Concealment is tunable. The holster ships with three removable shims (1/8", 1/4", and 3/8") that adjust how far the grip prints against your clothing. Swap them tool-free to find the sweet spot between concealment and accessibility. A magazine caddy rounds out the package, keeping a spare reload handy. Right-hand carry only. If you run a modern Sig P365 and want a holster that's genuinely concealable but doesn't compromise your draw or control, the INCOG earns its reputation.
