Safariland
The Safariland Species IWB holster for Glock 43/43X is a minimalist inside-the-waistband carry solution built for shooters who value simplicity and concealment. Engineered from Boltaron material, this right-hand holster cuts down on bulk without sacrificing the durability Safariland is known for. If you carry a Glock 43 or 43X and want a clean, no-frills IWB option that doesn't add unnecessary weight or printing under a shirt, the Species delivers a straightforward answer.
What sets the Species apart is its stripped-down approach to IWB design. You get suede lining to protect your firearm's finish and a reliable retention system, but without the extra features and thickness that bulk up other IWB holsters. The adjustable tension device lets you dial in draw resistance to your preference—tighter for security, lighter for speed—so the holster works the way you want it to work. The multicam black Cordura construction holds up to daily carry, and it's sized for standard 1.5" belts, which covers most of the belts shooters already own.
Safariland's Species line represents a shift toward practical minimalism in IWB carry. You're not paying for extra padding, exotic materials, or marketing hype. You're getting a purpose-built holster that conceals well, adjusts to your needs, and won't wear out after a season of regular use. For Glock 43/43X shooters working a lighter carry gun and looking for an honest IWB holster that gets out of your way, this is solid kit.
