Rugged Rare
The Rugged Rare Iris Concealed Carry Purse in Burnt Umber is a crossbody bag designed for women who need reliable, discreet firearm storage without sacrificing everyday style. Built from lightweight vegan leather, this compact purse carries the warm, neutral aesthetic of burnt umber while keeping your defensive tool accessible and secure—whether you're running errands, heading to town, or simply want the confidence of personal protection on your person.
Access to the concealed carry pocket is thoughtfully designed: the dedicated center compartment opens from the left side, right side, or top, giving you quick, intuitive reach no matter how you're carrying the bag. The removable shoulder strap features reinforced, cut-resistant metal wire woven throughout, adding a serious layer of security against theft or snatch-and-grab incidents. You can wear it crossbody for hands-free carry or detach the strap and carry it as a clutch when circumstances call for a different profile.
Three additional pockets keep your daily essentials organized: a dedicated cell phone pocket keeps your phone within reach, a rear pocket stashes smaller items out of sight, and a third pocket rounds out the storage. At 11 inches wide by 8 inches tall by 4 inches deep, the Iris carries a professional, understated silhouette that works for coffee shops, farmer's markets, or casual dining—nowhere in that size suggests you're carrying a defensive firearm. The concealed compartment itself measures 7.5 inches by 10 inches by 5.5 inches, accommodating most compact and subcompact pistols.
This purse bridges the gap between fashion and function: it doesn't scream "tactical," it doesn't require you to dress around it, and it doesn't add bulk or weight to your daily routine. If you've been looking for a genuinely wearable concealed carry option that doesn't compromise on access or security, the Iris delivers.
