The Ruger 90397 JHX rotary magazine for Ruger 77 rimfire rifles is a critical spare or backup magazine for shooters who depend on their .17 Hornet or .22 WMR. Built from durable polymer and finished in black, this rotary-feed design is engineered to function reliably in the Ruger 77/17 platform, whether you're hunting varmints, running rimfire matches, or spending time at the range. A quality spare magazine ensures you stay in the field or on the line without interruption.

Ruger's rotary magazine design has earned a solid reputation for reliability across their rimfire and centerfire lines. Unlike single-stack designs, the rotary mechanism feeds rounds smoothly and consistently, reducing the risk of jams or feed issues that can derail a hunt or competition day. The polymer construction keeps weight minimal while standing up to regular use, and the black finish resists glare and corrosion in the field.

Whether you're building a backup kit, replacing a worn magazine, or simply want a spare when one is out for cleaning, the 90397 is a straightforward, no-nonsense choice for Ruger 77/17 owners. Keep one in your range bag and one at home—reliability matters when it counts.
