The RS Regulate full-length modular lower is a precision AK optic mount engineered for shooters who demand flexibility without sacrificing durability or zero retention. Built from CNC-machined 6061 T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, this mount lets you dial in your optic placement front-to-back and left-to-right—a critical advantage when you're running different sight systems across your AK platform or optimizing your sight picture for your specific shooting style. Whether you're setting up a designated marksman rifle, a tactical carbine, or a dedicated hunting gun, the modular design means you're not locked into a single configuration.

The mount's real strength lies in its three interchangeable lower rail options: full-length, forward, and rear positions. This modularity solves a common AK problem—getting your optic in the right location for co-witness with iron sights or for your preferred eye relief and target acquisition speed. The redesigned thumb lever lock is built to hold zero even after repeated removal and reinstallation, and it can be staked for permanent duty if you need maximum security. Best of all, most AK variants can be field-stripped without removing the optic, keeping your zero intact between cleanings and maintenance.

RS Regulate offers two primary mounting options: the AKML for Aimpoint T-1 and H-1 Micro Red Dot systems, and the AKOG for Trijicon ACOG sight systems. If you're running one of these proven combat optics, this mount adapts to your rifle and your mission—not the other way around.

Frequently Asked Questions

What optics does the RS Regulate modular lower support?

The mount comes in two configurations: the AKML is designed for Aimpoint T-1 and H-1 Micro Red Dot systems, and the AKOG is designed for Trijicon ACOG optics. Make sure you select the correct variant for your sight.

Can I remove the optic without losing zero?

Yes. RS Regulate's redesigned thumb lever lock is engineered to retain zero even after repeated removal and reinstallation. For maximum security in extreme conditions, the mount can also be staked permanently.

Will I need to remove the mount for field stripping?

No. On most AK variants, the mount allows you to field strip the rifle without removing the optic, keeping your zero intact between cleanings.

How does the modular design work?

The mount includes three lower rail position options—full-length, forward, and rear. This lets you position your optic front-to-back and left-to-right to suit your sight picture preference, co-witness setup, or eye relief requirements.
