The Retay Gordion 28" semi-automatic 12ga shotgun in Realtree Max 7 camo is built for hunters who want reliability and performance in a modern inertia-driven platform. This is a working gun designed for the field—whether you're hunting waterfowl, upland game, or running clay courses. The inertia piston action with inertia plus rotating bolt cycles smoothly and handles both 2¾" and 3" shells without adjustment, giving you flexibility in your ammunition choices and a dependable platform that won't let you down when it matters.
The Gordion's ergonomics were engineered with the shooter in mind. You get an adjustable shim system in the stock, allowing you to dial in drop at heel and comb to fit your natural shooting position—crucial for consistency and comfort over a long day in the field. The 14.37" length of pull splits the difference for most hunters, and the integrated sling swivel mounts keep your setup simple and functional. A sculpted microcell polyurethane recoil pad absorbs the snap of 3" magnums so you'll stay focused on the next shot. The flat 8mm hunting-style rib keeps your sight picture clean and natural, topped with a red fiber optic TruGlo bead for quick target acquisition in low light.
Versatility comes standard. Five interchangeable MaraPro chokes—Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full—let you match the pattern to your quarry and distance. The chrome-lined barrel with a lengthened, optimized forcing cone handles the rigors of regular shooting while promoting consistent patterns. The single-piece aluminum receiver and milled trigger housing keep the gun light without sacrificing rigidity, and the cross-bolt push-button safety is intuitive and durable. Capacity is a standard 4+1 for most upland and waterfowl scenarios, with a limiter included if you hunt in a jurisdiction with shell limits.
The Realtree Max 7 hydrographic finish covers the entire platform—receiver, barrel, and stock—giving you seamless camo coverage from muzzle to butt. At 6 lbs 8 oz, the Gordion carries all day without fatigue and swings naturally. This is a no-nonsense semi-auto that prioritizes function, fit, and field performance.
