Redding Reloading Equipment
The Redding Series C full length sizing die for .20 Nosler bottleneck cases is built for reloaders who need precision case prep without compromises. Unlike neck-sizing-only dies, a full length die resizes the entire cartridge—neck, shoulder, and body—bringing fired cases back to factory dimensions. This is essential if you're loading for a bolt-action rifle, planning to share ammunition among firearms, or simply want the consistency that comes with sizing the whole case. The Series C design includes a decapping assembly to remove spent primers and an expander ball to restore proper case neck dimensions, so you can move straight to the next step in your reloading sequence.
The .20 Nosler is a modern, efficient bottleneck round that rewards careful reloading, and using the right die for your chamber and press is where quality begins. Redding dies are known for durability and tight tolerances, and this full length die fits that standard. It's sold as the die body only, so you'll pair it with your chosen press and shellholder (not included).
When you install this die, Redding recommends using a headspace gauge to dial in the sizing shoulder correctly—a small step that ensures fired cases are sized to fit your specific chamber, not guesswork. If you're expanding your reloading toolkit or replacing a worn die, this is a straightforward, single-stage option that handles the heavy lifting of case preparation.
| Product Type | Full Length Sizing Die |
| Caliber | .20 Nosler |
| Case Type | Bottleneck |
| Series | Redding Series C |
| Components Included | Die body, decapping assembly, expander ball |
| Configuration | Die only (requires press and shellholder) |
This Series C die uses a standard sizing die configuration and will work with any single-stage or progressive press that accepts standard dies. You'll need a press, shellholder for .20 Nosler, and reloading manual—the die body itself is universal in that sense.
A full length die sizes the entire case—neck, shoulder, and body—bringing it back to factory dimensions. Neck sizing only touches the neck. Full length is the standard choice for hunting or shared firearms because it ensures consistent fit in your chamber and makes ammunition more portable between rifles.
No, this is the die body only. You'll need to supply your own reloading press and a .20 Nosler shellholder. The die does include the decapping assembly and expander ball, so you won't need to buy those separately.
A headspace gauge lets you dial in the die to size cases to the exact dimensions of your specific chamber, which varies slightly between rifles. It eliminates guesswork and ensures fired cases are properly resized for reliable function and accuracy.
