Redding Reloading Equipment
The Redding Competition Bushing Neck Sizer Die for .24 Nosler is purpose-built for precision reloaders who demand absolute control over neck sizing without the constraints of a fixed sizing button. If you're running a tight handload regimen for competition or long-range hunting, this die delivers the repeatable, case-friendly sizing that meticulous brass preparation deserves.
This die's architecture centers on full case support throughout the sizing stroke. Your cartridge case sits fully supported in a tightly chambered, sliding sleeve before sizing begins. As you press upward, the case remains cradled in that sleeve while the resizing bushing self-centers on the neck—a design that mirrors the alignment precision of a firing pin in a rifle chamber. That support eliminates runout and tilting, which translates to consistent neck geometry and better concentricity from round to round. The decapping rod stays in perfect alignment by riding on the die's internal structure as a linear guide, so you get clean, straight primer pocket work without chatter.
Neck length control is where competition shooters really shine with this tool. A micrometer adjustment lets you dial in exactly how much neck material gets sized, giving you the fine-tuning edge for match-grade ammo. This is the die for reloaders who've already invested time in case prep and want a sizing solution that respects that work—no button forcing its way through and hardening the neck.
Keep in mind: bushings and shellholders are sold separately, so plan your die setup accordingly.
| Caliber | .24 Nosler |
| Type | Bushing Neck Sizer Die Only |
| Manufacturer | Redding |
| Included | Die only; bushings and shellholders sold separately |
Bushings and shellholders are sold separately. You'll need to source them based on your specific setup and .24 Nosler load data. Consult Redding's product lines or a reloading reference for the correct part numbers.
This die is designed without a fixed sizing button. Carbide size button kits are available separately if you later decide you want button-assisted sizing, but the die's core design favors button-free operation for precision handloaders.
This is built for competition shooters and precision reloaders who prepare their brass carefully and want complete control over neck sizing without a mandrel-style button. It's ideal if you're chasing match-grade concentricity and consistency in your loads.
The micrometer adjustment lets you set the exact amount of neck material that gets sized in each cycle. This gives you fine control over neck length and sizing depth—critical for tuning loads to your rifle's chamber.
