Redding Reloading Equipment
The Redding 28 Nosler Premium Series Deluxe Die Set is built for reloaders who want precision control over their long-range rifle ammunition. This three-die set gives you the carbide-button sizing and micrometer seating accuracy that serious handloaders demand, whether you're running a single rifle or need flexibility across multiple 28 Nosler chambers. Redding dies are machined to exceptionally tight tolerances and heat-treated in climate-controlled furnaces—the result is decades of reliable performance at the bench.
The deluxe configuration combines a full-length sizing die with carbide size button, a neck sizing die, and a conventional seating die fitted with a bullet seating micrometer. That three-die approach gives you options: full-length sizing handles multiple rifles in the same cartridge with proper adjustment, while neck-sizing alone can improve accuracy potential if you're loading for a single bolt-action rifle (though it may require careful chamber fit). The carbide button in the sizing die speeds your reloading cycle and reduces case damage compared to traditional sizing approaches.
If you're building 28 Nosler ammunition for long-range hunting, competition, or precision rifle work, the micrometer on the seating die lets you dial in exact bullet seating depth without guesswork. That level of consistency is what separates dialed-in handloads from ammunition that just gets by. Redding's reputation for holding tight tolerances means your dies will perform the same way the first time and the ten-thousandth time.
| Cartridge | 28 Nosler |
| Die Set Type | Premium Series Deluxe (3-die set) |
| Sizing Die | Full-length with carbide size button |
| Seating Die | Conventional with bullet seating micrometer |
| Included Dies | Full-length sizing die, neck sizing die, seating die |
| Brand | Redding |
Yes. The full-length sizing die can be adjusted to reload ammunition for different rifles in the same cartridge with proper setup. If you prefer, the neck sizing die allows you to neck-size only for a single rifle, which may improve accuracy potential but requires careful attention to chamber fit if using the ammo in other rifles.
The carbide button in the sizing die reduces friction and case wear during the sizing stroke, which speeds up your reloading process and helps cases last longer compared to traditional sizing approaches.
The micrometer on the seating die allows you to set and consistently repeat exact bullet seating depth, eliminating guesswork and helping you achieve the precision that long-range ammunition demands.
Redding dies are machined on precision equipment capable of holding the tightest tolerances in the industry and heat-treated in atmospherically controlled furnaces. They're designed for a lifetime of reloading.
