Crosstac
The Crosstac Recon Long Padded Shooting Mat in Multicam is a 75-inch range mat engineered for shooters who refuse to compromise between comfort and portability. Unlike heavy, unwieldy shooting mats that stay bolted to a bench, this one actually goes where you do—to the range, into the field, or on hunting expeditions where a stable shooting platform makes the difference between a clean hit and a miss. At just 1.2 pounds and a compact 14 by 3 inches when rolled, it packs into a pack or rifle case without eating up real estate.
Built from 500 Denier Cordura fabric, the Recon mat stands up to the abuse of outdoor use—rough ground, rocky terrain, and repeated deployment won't shred it. The sewn-in bipod-support rail runs along the front edge, so your bipod stays locked in place without creeping or sliding off mid-shot. That's the kind of detail that matters when you're dialed in on a distant target and can't afford distractions.
The Multicam finish blends naturally into most field environments, and the included grommets add utility: pin it down in wind, tie it off as a hasty shelter, or secure it to your setup however the situation demands. Whether you're a precision rifle competitor, a long-range hunter preparing for opening day, or a shooter who simply wants a reliable ground layer that actually travels, the Recon delivers both function and practicality without the bulk.
