RCBS
The RCBS Full Length Die Set for .338 Federal gives you the two essential tools needed to reload bottleneck cartridges with precision and confidence. Whether you're working up loads for a hunting rifle or fine-tuning ammunition for the range, this two-die set handles the critical first and final steps of the reloading process—sizing and seating—with the quality engineering RCBS is known for.
The Full-Length Sizer Die is built to bring your brass back to SAAMI minimum dimensions, resizing the case body while the integrated Expander-Decapping Unit removes spent primers and opens the neck to accept your bullet. Smart venting in the die prevents air trapping and excessive lube buildup that can distort cases or create inconsistent results. Because headspace is held to tight minimum tolerances, you won't see unwanted changes in case body length—critical for consistency shot to shot and load to load.
The Seater Die completes the set with a built-in roll crimper that secures the bullet in place at the moment of seating, delivering uniform neck tension and helping ensure reliable feeding and performance in the chamber. This combination of full-length sizing and integrated crimping means you're using the same proven approach serious handloaders have relied on for decades.
If you're setting up a .338 Federal reloading bench or adding caliber-specific dies to an existing setup, this Group A set gives you the foundation for repeatable, accurate ammunition.
