The RCBS 9219 Single Stage Shell Holder #19 is a precision reloading component engineered to keep your cases perfectly aligned during the sizing and forming process. If you're working up ammunition for 30 Remington or 6.8mm Remington SPC in a single-stage or turret press, this shell holder is the critical link between your case and die. It's a foundational piece of gear that doesn't get much attention until you need it—then you realize just how much a quality shell holder matters for consistent, reliable reloads.

Built from hardened steel, the RCBS #19 is built to last through thousands of reloading cycles without wear or deflection. The design captures 0.125 inch of the case head, positioning it to meet SAAMI headspacing standards and keep case alignment tight throughout the stroke. That consistency translates directly to more uniform brass, better velocity spreads, and ammunition you can trust downrange.

Whether you're a precision rifle shooter fine-tuning loads for accuracy or a practical reloader stocking reliable hunting ammunition, a proper shell holder is non-negotiable. The RCBS 9219 is a straightforward, durable tool that does one job exceptionally well—it belongs in your reloading setup if you're chambering either of these cartridges.

Frequently Asked Questions

What presses does the RCBS #19 shell holder work with?

The RCBS 9219 is compatible with single-stage and turret reloading presses. Always verify your press model accepts shell holders—some progressive presses use different retention systems.

Will this shell holder work for 30 Remington and 6.8mm Remington SPC?

Yes. The RCBS 9219 is sized to accommodate both 30 Remington and 6.8mm Remington SPC case heads, making it a practical choice if you reload either or both cartridges.

How does the shell holder ensure proper case alignment?
