Rival Arms
The Ravin R18 High-Performance Crossbow String and Cable Set is the factory replacement solution for keeping your R18 in top mechanical condition. String and cable wear is inevitable—whether you're hunting season after season or putting rounds downrange at the range—and these components are critical to your crossbow's accuracy, consistency, and safety. This is the genuine Ravin set engineered specifically for your R18; it's not a universal fit or an aftermarket substitute.
Ravin recommends replacing strings and cables every 2 years or 400 shots, whichever comes first, depending on your shooting volume and storage conditions. Proper string and cable maintenance prevents creep, maintains draw weight and velocity consistency, and extends the life of your bow. Installation requires the Ravin Press—the specialized tool designed for your R18's dual-cam system—so plan to have the work done at a qualified pro shop or through the Ravin Service Department if you're not equipped to press your own bow.
This is a maintenance item every R18 owner should have on the radar, especially if you're a regular hunter or competitive shooter. Don't compromise on critical safety and performance components; stick with genuine Ravin parts engineered for your platform.
