Raven Concealment Systems
The Raven Vanguard 2 is a minimalist inside-the-waistband (IWB) holster for Glock that strips away everything except what matters: a secure, low-profile carry solution. Unlike conventional IWB holsters that encase your entire pistol, the Vanguard 2 covers only the trigger guard, dramatically reducing bulk and printing under clothing. This lanyard holster kit includes 24 inches of braided nylon cord, so you can secure your firearm with a retention lanyard or—if you prefer—upgrade to the full IWB rig later by adding a Vanguard 2 Strut Kit. It's the kind of no-nonsense design that appeals to shooters who carry daily and refuse to compromise comfort for security.
The minimalist approach isn't just about cutting material; it's about rethinking what an IWB holster actually needs to do. The Vanguard 2 achieves positive retention without the weight and thickness that make traditional holsters uncomfortable during long days of work, outdoor activity, or EDC. The fully ambidextrous design works for left- and right-handed carriers, and the modular system means you can start with the lanyard configuration and adapt as your carry preferences evolve.
If you're looking for a Glock holster that prioritizes concealment and comfort without sacrificing retention, the Vanguard 2 delivers a straightforward alternative to bulkier designs. It's built by Raven Concealment Systems, a brand known for functional, durable gear that doesn't waste your time or money on features you don't need.
