Rival Arms
The RAGE NC 125GR crossbow broadhead brings proven mechanical blade deployment to serious crossbow hunters. Built on the reputation of Rage's SlipCam technology—known for producing intense blood trails and deep penetration—this 125-grain head adds the company's newer NC (No Collar) blade containment system to a design that's remained a top choice among bowhunters. If you're looking for a crossbow broadhead that combines reliability with field-tested performance, this is a head worth running.
What makes the NC version different is the elimination of the traditional shock collar or O-ring. Instead, finger-like tabs on the blade pivot points lock the blades securely closed until impact. You get the same dependable blade retention without extra components—less to worry about in your pack and one fewer piece to inspect or maintain before a hunt. The two-blade design features a premium aluminum ferrule and .035-inch stainless steel blades honed sharp, sized to deliver a 2-inch cutting diameter on entry. That wide wound channel is what drives those blood trails bowhunters talk about.
At 125 grains, this head is engineered for the velocity and kinetic energy modern crossbows deliver. It handles game of all sizes effectively, making it versatile enough for everything from whitetail to larger species. Whether you're shooting from a blind or in open timber, a broadhead this straightforward—no complicated collar system, just solid steel and proven mechanics—reduces variables and lets you focus on the shot.
