The Radians RB1150 Rad-Band behind-the-neck hearing protection offers a fast, practical solution for shooters and hunters who need to slip ear protection on and off quickly without fussing with cases or fumbling for individual plugs. With a 23 dB noise reduction rating, these banded earplugs deliver solid attenuation across the range, and the connected design means you won't lose one in the field. The gray pair features soft Jelli Plugs engineered to seat comfortably in the ear canal, reducing fatigue during extended shooting sessions or a long day in the field.

What makes the Rad-Band stand out is its balance of convenience and durability. The plugs are washable and reusable, so they'll last through season after season of range work or hunting—just rinse them clean and they're ready to go again. The lightweight, dielectric construction resists sweat and handling without becoming brittle, and the design sits comfortably behind the neck so it doesn't interfere with shotgun ribs, rifle stocks, or other gear. Whether you're zeroing at the range, running drills, or sitting in a blind, the behind-the-neck band keeps them accessible and secure.

Built in the USA with FDA-approved materials, these Jelli Plugs are non-toxic and soft enough for all-day wear without the rigid feel of old-school foam plugs. The engineered earplug angle is designed to align with your natural ear canal for consistent fit and maximum sound blocking—no custom molding required.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wash and reuse these earplugs?

Yes. The Jelli Plugs are washable and reusable, so you can rinse them clean and use them again. This makes them economical over time and reduces waste compared to disposable foam options.

Will the behind-the-neck band get in the way of my rifle or shotgun?

The behind-the-neck design is specifically engineered to stay out of the way of shotgun ribs, rifle stocks, and your shooting setup. Unlike over-the-head designs, the band won't interfere with your cheek weld or stock mounting.

Are these earplugs comfortable for extended wear?

The soft Jelli Plugs are designed for all-day comfort without the rigid feel of traditional foam plugs. The engineered angle seats them naturally in your ear canal, and many shooters find them suitable for long range sessions or hunting days.

What does 23 dB noise reduction mean?

A 23 dB NRR means these earplugs reduce loud impulse noise—like rifle and shotgun shots—by 23 decibels. This is solid protection for centerfire shooting and shotgun hunting without over-muffling range commands or environmental awareness.
