The Radian Weapons Raptor-LT is a fully ambidextrous charging handle purpose-built for AR-15 and M16 rifles that want a real upgrade over the stock lever. If you're tired of fumbling with a tiny charging handle or reaching across your rifle to rack the bolt from your strong side, the Raptor-LT solves both problems with large, swept handles positioned on both sides of the receiver. The ergonomic design gives you a positive grip whether you're operating left or right handed, running suppressed fire from the bench, or clearing malfunctions in a dynamic environment.

Built tough to last, the Raptor-LT starts as a solid billet of 7075 aluminum—an aerospace-grade alloy that can take a beating. That core is hard-coat anodized for corrosion resistance, then overmolded with fiberglass-reinforced polymer to maximize durability and grip texture where your hand contacts the handle. This combo means you get a charging handle that works as hard as you do, whether you're running it hard at the range or keeping it duty-ready. The Stealth Gray anodize finish fits seamlessly into modern tactical setups without drawing attention.

Installation is straightforward on most AR platforms—it's designed to work with standard mil-spec AR-15 and M16 uppers. The Raptor-LT is proudly designed and manufactured in the USA, so you're buying American quality without the excess weight or the premium price tag of heavier designs. If you're looking to add genuine function to your rifle without reinventing the wheel, the Raptor-LT delivers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Raptor-LT fit my AR-15?

The Raptor-LT is compatible with most AR-15 and M16 rifles that use mil-spec uppers. If your receiver is standard mil-spec, you're good to go.

What makes an ambidextrous charging handle better?

Ambidextrous handles let you operate your rifle from either side without repositioning your grip or reach. That's faster, more intuitive, and more adaptable whether you're right or left handed or switching shoulders.

What's the difference between the Raptor-LT and other charging handles?

The Raptor-LT combines aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum with an overmolded polymer grip for durability and control. The swept handle design and ambidextrous layout give it a functional edge over basic levers while keeping weight and cost reasonable.

Is the Raptor-LT durable?

Yes. The 7075 aluminum core is hard-coat anodized to resist corrosion, and the fiberglass-reinforced polymer overmold is engineered for durability and grip in demanding conditions. It's built to handle repeated use.
