The Radian Vertex Trigger Flat is a single-stage AR-15 trigger engineered around a straightforward principle: help you break a cleaner shot. Unlike conventional trigger designs where the bow sits in the traditional rearward position, Radian moved it forward. That shift lets your finger naturally drive straight back through the break instead of fighting left-right drift — a real advantage whether you're dialing in at the range or making field shots under pressure. It's the kind of thoughtful engineering that separates a trigger you tolerate from one that actually improves your shooting.

The Vertex Flat delivers a crisp 3.5–4 pound break with a short reset, giving you consistent feedback without creep. The trigger bow is forged from 1144 carbon steel, while the hammer is precision machined from S7 shock-resistant tool steel and wire-EDM finished at the contact points for durability. All of that sits in a lightweight aluminum housing designed to be bulletproof: the trigger and hammer pin holes are engineered to prevent pin walkout, even if you run standard mil-spec pins and decide to swap parts around later.

This is purpose-built hardware for AR-15 shooters who care about trigger control—whether you're a precision rifle competitor, a hunting rifle builder, or someone who just wants a combat-grade trigger that won't let you down. Install it once and stop thinking about it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Radian Vertex Flat work with standard AR-15 trigger pins?

Yes. The Vertex Flat is designed for AR-15 compatibility and engineered to prevent pin walkout even when used with standard mil-spec hammer and trigger pins.

What makes the forward trigger bow position different?

By moving the trigger bow forward from the traditional location, the design encourages a straight-back trigger press and reduces the tendency for unintended left or right drift during break—helping you maintain a cleaner sight picture and more consistent shot placement.

What is the trigger break weight?

The Vertex Flat features a crisp break in the 3.5–4 pound range with a short reset.

What are the trigger bow and hammer made from?

The trigger bow is forged from 1144 carbon steel. The hammer is precision machined from S7 shock-resistant tool steel and finished with wire-EDM at the interface areas for durability.
