The Q Honey Badger SBR in 300 BLK is a short-barreled rifle purpose-built for close-quarters work, home defense, and tactical shooting. With a 7-inch barrel, this SBR delivers the ballistic efficiency of 300 Blackout in a genuinely compact package—perfect for shooters who need serious capability in tight spaces. The Honey Badger combines intuitive AR ergonomics with Q's signature design philosophy: no unnecessary parts, no gimmicks, just a rifle engineered to work.
The receiver set is machined from 7075 aluminum and hard-coat anodized for durability; finish shades may vary slightly. A free-floating 6-inch M-LOK handguard in 6061 aluminum keeps the barrel unburdened for consistent accuracy, while the 5/8-24 threaded muzzle accepts suppressors and brakes. Out of the box, it wears a Cherry Bomb muzzle brake. The 2-position collapsible PDW stock lets you dial in length of pull on the fly, and an adjustable low-profile gas block fine-tunes cycling for your specific ammunition and setup. A 70° safety selector and 2-stage AR trigger make the controls familiar to anyone with AR experience.
At 4 lbs 8 oz and 20–25 inches in overall length (depending on stock position), the Honey Badger is one of the few truly packable rifle platforms that doesn't sacrifice handling or reliability. The 1:5 rifling twist is optimized for 300 BLK's subsonic and supersonic rounds alike. This is a rifle for the operator who values compactness without compromise—whether you're setting up a truck gun, staging a home-defense rifle, or running close-range tactical drills. Note: optic and suppressor sold separately.

Yes. The upper receiver is compatible with standard AR optic mounts (optic not included). The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24 for direct-thread suppressors and other muzzle devices. A suppressor is not included with the rifle.
The 1:5 rifling twist stabilizes both subsonic and supersonic 300 Blackout loads. Subsonic rounds (typically 220–230 grain) are optimized for sound suppression when run through a suppressor; supersonic rounds (100–125 grain) deliver flatter trajectory and higher velocity. The adjustable gas block lets you fine-tune your setup depending on load weight and whether you're suppressed.
Yes. The compact 7-inch barrel and short overall length (20–25 inches) make it maneuverable in confined spaces. The 300 BLK cartridge is effective for defensive use, and the PDW stock allows quick adjustments for different shooters and gear setups. As with any firearm used for defense, proper training and local legal compliance are essential.
The rifle comes complete with the Cherry Bomb muzzle brake installed. An optic and suppressor are not included and must be purchased separately.
