Proof Research
The Proof Research Elevation 2.0 in 300 PRC is a purpose-built lightweight hunting rifle that combines precision engineering with real-world practicality. Built around a Zermatt Arms Origin action and finished with a TriggerTech trigger, this rifle delivers the accuracy serious hunters demand without the weight penalty of traditional steel. The Elevation 2.0 comes dressed in Tactical Flat Dark Earth, a finish that suits both field work and long-range applications, and carries Proof Research's sub-MOA accuracy guarantee—meaning your rifle will perform when it matters most.
At the heart of the Elevation 2.0 is Proof Research's patented carbon fiber-wrapped match-grade barrel in a Sendero contour, chambered in 300 PRC with a 22-inch tube and 9-twist rate. The barrel is threaded 5/8-24 and ships with a thread protector, ready to accept a suppressor or muzzle device. The carbon fiber construction keeps weight down without sacrificing rigidity, a key advantage when you're hiking high country or covering distance between glassing spots. The rifle features a Proof carbon fiber stock paired with a 13 5/8-inch length of pull, creating a compact, maneuverable package that doesn't feel cramped.
The Elevation 2.0 uses Hawkins Precision BDL bottom metal with a hinged floorplate (M5 inlet), giving you fast, intuitive magazine changes in the field. The single-piece pinned rail provides solid scope mounting real estate, and the modified ball bolt knob offers a clean, low-profile aesthetic. This is a rifle engineered for hunters who refuse to compromise—you get match-grade accuracy, proven reliability, and the weight savings that make a difference on day five of your hunt.

The 300 PRC cartridge is inherently efficient at range, and the Elevation 2.0 combines that with a match-grade barrel, a Zermatt Arms Origin action known for tight tolerances, and a TriggerTech trigger. The 22-inch barrel and 1:9 twist stabilize modern long-range hunting bullets, while the sub-MOA accuracy guarantee ensures the rifle will group predictably. The lightweight carbon fiber construction makes it practical to carry on long hunts where distance and elevation gain are factors.
Yes. The barrel is threaded 5/8-24 and includes a thread protector. Any 5/8-24 suppressor will mount directly once you remove the protector. Confirm suppressor compatibility with your muzzle device manufacturer before purchase.
The Elevation 2.0 ships complete with the carbon fiber stock, Zermatt Arms Origin action, TriggerTech trigger, and a thread protector on the muzzle. It does not include a scope, magazines, or ammunition—those are separate purchases.
The Elevation 2.0 is designed as a hunting rifle, but its match-grade barrel, guaranteed sub-MOA accuracy, and proven action platform make it fully capable of range work. The 300 PRC chambering and Sendero contour barrel are well-suited to extended-distance shooting, provided you're comfortable with the rifle's weight distribution and ergonomics in your shooting position.
