Proof Research
The Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 in 7mm Rem Mag is a purpose-built rifle for hunters and precision shooters who demand accuracy without sacrificing portability. This 7mm Rem Mag rifle combines a match-grade carbon fiber barrel, lightweight carbon fiber stock, and a proven action platform—all tuned to deliver sub-MOA performance out of the box. At 22 inches with a Sendero contour, it balances barrel length for velocity and trajectory with the handling characteristics serious field hunters need.
Built around the Zermatt Arms Origin action, this rifle starts with a solid mechanical foundation. The carbon fiber construction keeps weight down without compromising rigidity, and the TriggerTech trigger provides a clean, predictable break. The Elevation MTR 2.0 ships test-fired and backed by Proof Research's sub-MOA accuracy guarantee—meaning the gun has already proven itself before you take it to the range. The 5/8-24 threaded muzzle accepts common suppressors and muzzle devices, and the included thread protector protects the threads in transit and storage.
The detachable box magazine system offers practical field reloading, while the single-piece pinned rail provides a solid mounting surface for your optic. Length of pull runs 13⅝ inches, suitable for most adult shooters in standard shooting positions. This configuration arrives as a complete, ready-to-shoot package—install your scope, load your magazine, and go. The Elevation MTR 2.0 in 7mm Rem Mag is a legitimate backcountry and long-range hunting rifle that doesn't require a gunsmith visit or guesswork about accuracy.
