The ProMag SPRA1 is a 15-round 9mm Luger magazine purpose-built for Springfield XD pistols. If you run an XD and need reliable, affordable spare magazines for the range, duty rotation, or emergency backup, this steel-constructed mag delivers straightforward functionality backed by ProMag's lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects. Made and assembled entirely in the USA, it's a no-frills upgrade path when you want extra capacity without the premium optics-grade pricing.

What sets the SPRA1 apart is the engineering underneath the blued steel shell. The magazine spring uses heat-treated chrome silicon wire—the same material you'll find in high-end competition and duty mags—wound to precise specifications and assembled with multiple quality checkpoints. That attention to the spring means consistent feeding, round after round, without the sluggish performance or early wear-out you sometimes get from budget alternatives.

The 15-round capacity gives you a practical middle ground: more rounds than the factory magazine without the bulk or snag risk of extended basepads. The finish is straightforward blued steel, durable and low-maintenance. Whether you're building a second XD, stocking spares for your carry gun, or just tired of reloading at the range, the SPRA1 is a solid, made-in-USA option that won't demand a second mortgage.
