Promag
The ProMag RM20 is a 20-round 5.56x45mm NATO magazine purpose-built for AR-15 rifles. If you run a modern sporting rifle for hunting, sport shooting, or training, this magazine delivers reliable ammunition storage without breaking your budget. The 20-round capacity strikes a balance for shooters who want adequate firepower without the bulk and weight of extended 30-round mags—a practical choice for hunting applications, tactical courses, or range sessions where magazine swaps keep you engaged with your shooting.
ProMag engineered the RM20 around durability and dependable feeding. The magazine body is molded from a proprietary DuPont Zytel-based polymer, chosen for toughness and resistance to wear over countless load-unload cycles. The standout feature is the patented anti-tilt roller follower, which orients rounds consistently as they stack and feed, reducing the binding and tilt that can cause feeding hiccups—especially important when you're running suppressed, pushing heavy loads, or running your rifle hard. The spring itself is formed from heat-treated chrome silicon wire, designed to maintain pressure and cycle reliability across temperature swings and extended storage.
Built in the USA, the RM20 represents a no-nonsense approach to magazine design: solid materials, proven engineering, and honest performance at a competitive cost. Whether you're outfitting a new build, stocking spares, or just need dependable mags that won't let you down at the line, this is a working magazine for working shooters.
