Primos
The Primos 2915 Tall Timber Gabriel Box Call is a premium turkey box call built for serious hunters who demand authentic gobbler sounds in the spring woods. Named after Charles Whittington's 1971 book about his turkey hunting adventures—where he called the gobblers "Old Gabriel" after the angel—this call captures everything Primos has learned about reproducing the vocalizations that will bring a tom running to your setup. Whether you're working a roosted bird at dawn or calling across a valley, the Gabriel delivers the clucks, cuts, and yelps that trigger a gobbler's instinct to investigate.
What sets this box call apart is its construction and playability. The dual thumbhole design gives you two distinct hand positions, letting you execute clean, confident clucks and sharp cuts without awkward finger angles. The combination of premium Sapele and Purple Heart wood isn't just beautiful—it's engineered for tonal quality and durability. Primos hand-tunes each call and laser-engraves the sideboard details, ensuring consistency across every unit. The carefully shaped striking surfaces and cutout sideboards amplify the authentic sounds that will convincingly answer a gobbler's drumming and spitting.
This is a call for hunters who respect the craft of turkey hunting and want an instrument that sounds as good as it looks hanging from your truck mirror or sitting in your vest pocket between setups.
