Primary Weapons Systems
The Primary Weapons Systems Mk214 Mod 2 upper receiver in 6.5 Creedmoor delivers mid-range precision in a modern, compact package. Built on the AR10/SR25 platform, this complete upper features a 14.5-inch barrel pinned to achieve a 16-inch overall length, making it legal in most jurisdictions while keeping the setup lean and manageable. Whether you're building a long-range hunting rifle, a precision target gun, or a versatile field upper, the Mk214 Mod 2 brings proven PWS quality to the table—the kind of dependable engineering that matters when precision counts.
The FRC (Firearms Recoil Compensator) muzzle device comes installed and ready to run. This shooter-friendly comp is designed to manage recoil and keep the gun stable through multiple shots, a real asset if you're working at distance or pushing the capabilities of the 6.5 Creedmoor round. The matte black finish resists glare and handles field use without fuss, staying true to the no-frills, function-first PWS philosophy.
6.5 Creedmoor has earned its reputation in hunting and precision circles for excellent ballistics, mild recoil relative to magnum cartridges, and real-world accuracy at extended range. Paired with the Mk214's solid platform, you're working with a caliber that rewards good shooting and quality optics. This upper is designed to bolt onto any compatible AR10/SR25 lower—verify your lower's compatibility before assembly—and plays well with standard .308-pattern magazines and components in the 6.5 Creedmoor specification.
PWS builds this upper to their own standards, not to the absolute cheapest spec you'll find elsewhere. That consistency is what draws shooters back, especially if you're serious about making hits or building a rifle you'll rely on in the field.
