The PMC Bronze Battle Pack in .40 S&W delivers reliable, affordable ammunition for range training, competition, and defensive practice. This 300-round package—three cases bundled together—gives you serious volume in a format that's easy to store and transport. PMC (Poongsan Corporation) has built a solid reputation for consistent quality across a wide range of commercial ammunition, and their Bronze line proves they don't compromise on the fundamentals: clean-burning powder, reliable primers, and consistent velocity that shooters can count on.

Each round is loaded with a 165-grain full metal jacket projectile over brass casing that's reloadable—a practical advantage if you handload. The 989 fps muzzle velocity and 358 ft-lbs of energy put this load in the middle of the performance band for .40 S&W, making it suitable for duty-sized pistols and modern compact carries alike. Whether you're running a Glock, S&W M&P, or a 1911 platform in .40, this ammunition delivers the consistency you need without the premium price of match-grade rounds.

The heavy vinyl Battle Pack construction keeps rounds organized and protected in transit or storage—no fussing with individual boxes. For shooters who log serious volume downrange, buying 300 rounds at once cuts down on restock trips and gives you ammunition on hand when the range day calls. This is practical, no-nonsense ammunition for the working shooter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will PMC Bronze .40 S&W work in my duty or carry pistol?

Yes. This ammunition is designed for standard .40 S&W firearms, including duty-sized pistols and compact models. The 165-grain FMJ load produces moderate recoil and consistent velocity, making it suitable for both training and regular use in any .40 S&W platform.

Can I reload these brass cases?

Yes. PMC Bronze ammunition is brass-cased and reloadable, so you can recycle the cases after firing if you handload your own ammunition.

What's included in the Battle Pack?

This is a 300-round package (three cases bundled together) in heavy vinyl packaging. Each round is loaded and ready to fire—no components or accessories are included.

Is this ammunition suitable for competition shooting?

PMC Bronze is most commonly used for range training and practice. While the ammunition is reliable and consistent, dedicated competition shooters often prefer match-grade ammunition. However, the 989 fps velocity and FMJ construction work well for general sport shooting and skill development.
