Pelican
The Pelican IM3100 Storm Long Case with Wheels is built for hunters and shooters who need serious protection for their rifles and shotguns on the road. If you've ever winced watching baggage handlers toss luggage across a tarmac, or you're storing valuable firearms in a truck bed through harsh weather, this hard gun case delivers the kind of rugged, no-compromise durability Pelican is known for. At 39.8" x 16.5" x 6.7" (exterior), it accommodates rifles and shotguns up to 35" in length—ideal for most hunting setups, competition guns, and patrol rifles.
What sets this case apart is the combination of thoughtful features that matter in real-world use. The HPX Resin shell is textured, impact-resistant polyethylene that shrugs off rough handling. Wheels and rubberized handles make it genuinely portable—not just theoretically. The automatic Vortex® Valve equalizes cabin pressure during air travel (you can close it to seal the case airtight for maximum protection), and six press-and-pull latches plus two dedicated lock points give you security options whether you're storing it at home or in a vehicle. Inside, a solid piece of high-density foam lines the entire interior; you trim it to fit your exact gear, so nothing shifts during transport.
This is a case built to survive airport baggage systems, truck-bed weather, and years of field use. It's the kind of investment that pays dividends every time you know your firearms are genuinely protected—not just sitting in a soft bag hoping for the best.
