P-Line
The P-Line Laser Minnow 1oz Lavender Shad is a hard spoon built to trigger aggressive strikes across freshwater and light saltwater species. Its holographic laser tape finish mimics the flash and movement of baitfish, while the oblong profile and sharp side cuts produce an erratic jigging action that appeals to bass, trout, and other predators hunting by sight. At 1 ounce, this size is ideal for freshwater applications where you need to reach deeper structure without excessive weight, or for casting from the bank in moderate current.
The Lavender Shad color sits in that sweet spot between natural and high-visibility—subtle enough not to spook clear-water fish, but distinct enough to stand out in stained conditions or low light. Whether you're working a spoon vertically over structure or casting and retrieving along weed lines, the erratic action does the work for you. The sharp cuts on the sides create that flutter and wobble that makes fish commit, not just investigate.
P-Line designed this lure to fish hard without feeling heavy-handed. The 1oz weight is manageable for light to medium rods, letting you cover water efficiently and feel what's happening on the other end. It's a proven producer for anglers who understand that sometimes a lure doesn't need to look perfect—it just needs to move right.

The 1oz size is most effective in freshwater for bass, trout, and kokanee. Medium-sized Laser Minnows (not this size) are designed for lake trout, striped bass, and salmon. Larger versions target saltwater species like halibut and lingcod. This 1oz is your freshwater workhorse.
The sharp cuts on the sides produce an erratic action when jigged, which triggers strikes. You can jig vertically over structure, cast and retrieve, or work it along weed lines. The action happens on its own—your job is placing it where the fish are.
The holographic coating creates life-like flash and light reflection that mimics real baitfish. This visual trigger, combined with the erratic jigging action, appeals to predators hunting by sight across a range of water conditions.
