Otter Creek Labs
The Otter Creek Labs Polonium 5.56 silencer is a purpose-built 1/2x28 suppressor designed for shooters who need serious sound reduction without compromise on durability or heat management. Built from H900 heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel using a CNC welded tubeless construction, this is a hard-use suppressor that's engineered to handle the demands of tactical training, duty use, and high-round-count shooting. The Polonium isn't built on marketing hype or inflated decibel numbers—its reputation is earned through real-world performance and proven reliability in the field.
The 6mm bore accepts 5.56 NATO and is also compatible with 6mm/.243 cartridges, giving you flexibility across multiple platforms. The integrated flash hider—both internal and external—delivers superior flash reduction whether you're running night vision or shooting in low-light conditions where muzzle flash signature matters. That distinctive external profile isn't just for looks: the weight-reduction design removes unnecessary material while maintaining structural strength, and the result is 10% more surface area (depending on length) for faster heat dissipation and quicker cooldown between strings of fire.
At 5.8 inches long and 13.5 ounces, the Polonium strikes a practical balance for rifles where balance and handling remain important. The rear mounting system uses industry-standard 1.375x24 universal threads, so you can choose the mounting solution that best fits your setup. The 1/2x28 direct-thread adapter comes in the box alongside a tube clamp for easy mount changes and installation.
