Otis Technology
The Otis Technology Shotgun SS Cleaning Rod 36 is a purpose-built cleaning rod for shooters who run shotguns from .410 all the way up to 10-gauge. Made in the USA from coated stainless steel, this one-piece rod delivers the precision cleaning your shotgun deserves without the risk of marring your barrel or fouling the bore. Whether you're a competitive clay shooter, waterfowler, or upland hunter, keeping your shotgun clean and functioning reliably matters—and Otis built this rod to make that job straightforward and effective.
What sets this cleaning rod apart is its thoughtfully engineered dual-functionality handle. The ball-bearing design lets you swap between a swivel end for working with rifled or choked bores and a fixed end for smooth bore or chamber cleaning. That flexibility means one rod covers most of your shotgun cleaning needs. The full-sized handle gives you solid grip and control, and the 5/16-27 threads accept a broad range of Otis jags, patches, bore mops, and brushes so you can configure the rod for the specific cleaning task at hand.
At 36 inches, this rod reaches the full length of most shotgun barrels without awkward extensions. The stainless steel construction won't corrode, the coating protects both the rod and your gun, and the included hanging hole makes storage clean and organized. If you're serious about shotgun maintenance, Otis delivers American-made quality that's built to last and earn its place in your cleaning kit.
