The Otis 556MPSR 5.56mm Piston Cleaning System is purpose-built for shooters running piston-driven AR platforms and modern sporting rifles. This dedicated maintenance kit brings together everything you need to keep your gas-piston gun running clean and reliable in the field or at the range. If you shoot a piston-operated rifle in 5.56mm or .223, this system cuts through the guesswork of cobbling together cleaning supplies from different makers—it's all here in one compact, organized package.

Piston guns run different than direct impingement rifles: they typically shoot cleaner but can accumulate carbon in unique ways, and proper maintenance matters. Otis designed this kit specifically around those realities. Everything fits into a lightweight soft-pack case that won't weigh down your range bag or go-bag, so you can maintain your rifle wherever you shoot. Made in the USA at Otis's facility in Lyons Falls, New York, it carries the build quality you expect from a brand that's been in the cleaning-system business for decades.

Whether you're a competitive shooter keeping your rifle match-ready, a hunter ensuring reliability in the field, or someone who just takes pride in maintaining their gear, this kit eliminates the friction of sourcing compatibility-matched brushes, patches, and solvents. It's thoughtfully packed and ready to work—no hunting through a toolbox for the right caliber brush or wondering if your patch size will fit.
