The Odin Works AR9 Lower Vise Block is a purpose-built insert designed to secure your AR-9 lower receiver safely during assembly, maintenance, or gunsmithing work. If you're building an AR-9 from the ground up or performing routine cleaning and adjustments, a quality vise block keeps your receiver stable and protected from marring—something any builder or range tech knows is essential. This insert works with the Odin Works Gen 2 Combo Vise Block, making it a modular solution if you work on multiple platform types.

AR-9 builds have grown in popularity for their compact handling and lower recoil compared to rifle-caliber ARs, but they require the same careful handling during assembly and maintenance that any receiver demands. A dedicated lower vise block eliminates the guesswork and risk of clamping damage that comes from improvised setups. The AR9 insert is engineered specifically for the geometry of AR-9 lowers, ensuring a secure, repeatable fit every time you need it.

Odin Works designs their vise block system to be modular—swap inserts depending on which platform you're working on that day. The AR9 block is finished in black and is designed to integrate with their Gen 2 Combo Vise Block chassis. Note that the O-ring is sold separately, so verify you have one on hand if you're assembling the unit for the first time.
