Odin Works
The Odin Works 12.5" M-Lok O2 Lite free float forend brings serious weight savings to your AR build without sacrificing rigidity or rail real estate. Machined from 6005-T651 aluminum and hard anodized for corrosion resistance, this handguard delivers a full 20% weight reduction compared to earlier Odin Works designs—a meaningful gain when you're building a lightweight rifle for hunting, competition, or all-day range sessions. The free float design isolates the barrel from contact with the handguard, eliminating a major variable that affects accuracy and shot-to-shot consistency.
The O2 Lite's ergonomic design pairs function with comfort, and its M-Lok interface gives you serious mounting flexibility. You can position accessory rails at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock stations, or link multiple rails to run continuous Picatinny coverage across the handguard. The design accommodates low-profile gas blocks, so you won't have to compromise your upper receiver layout. The handguard ships with four or more quick-detach attachment points pre-drilled to accept standard Magpul QD hardware, letting you hang lights, slings, or bipods exactly where you need them.
At just 5.6 ounces (hardware adds another 2.7 oz), the O2 Lite makes sense for shooters who obsess over every gram—whether you're hiking into the field with a pack or fine-tuning a precision rifle. The 1.6" inner diameter and 12.5" length work with most modern AR platforms and upper receiver configurations. If you're replacing a heavier handguard or starting a lightweight build, this is a no-compromise option that delivers both accuracy and speed to target.
