NOVESKE
The Noveske Noveske9 9mm 16" complete upper receiver is purpose-built for shooters running a direct blowback 9mm AR platform who want a plug-and-play solution that doesn't compromise on build quality. This is a finished upper assembly—barrel, bolt carrier, charging handle, and receiver all matched and ready to install on your lower—so there's no gunsmithing, sourcing individual components, or guesswork. If you're tired of hunting down reliable 9mm uppers or settling for budget builds, Noveske's attention to detail shows in the precision machining and material selection.
The 16" barrel is 416R stainless steel with a 1:12 twist rate, a pairing that handles a broad spectrum of 9mm loads with consistent accuracy. The upper receiver itself is precision-machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum and features Noveske's marking, signaling the level of engineering in the platform. The inclusion of a Geissele ambidextrous charging handle means lefties and righties alike get smooth, reliable operation without fumbling for a side-charging upper or dedicated left-hand parts.
Direct blowback 9mm uppers occupy a unique place in the AR world: they're softer-shooting than 5.56, more controllable in rapid fire, and often cheaper to shoot than rifle calibers. This Noveske upper is engineered to manage that recoil impulse and keep rounds downrange accurately, whether you're running drills at the range, practicing defensive skills, or just enjoying the shooter-friendly nature of 9mm in an AR format.

Yes. The upper includes the barrel, bolt carrier group, receiver, and Geissele charging handle. You need only to attach it to a compatible 9mm lower receiver to have a functioning rifle.
The 1:12 twist is engineered to stabilize standard 9mm ammunition across common bullet weights. Noveske designed this twist rate to deliver accuracy with a variety of 9mm loads, but we recommend testing with your chosen ammunition to confirm performance in your specific setup.
Yes. The Geissele ambidextrous charging handle works smoothly from either side, making the upper equally user-friendly for left and right-handed shooters.
