Night Fision
The Night Fision PLATE+NS EPS is a carry-ready optic mounting and sighting system purpose-built for the Glock 43X MOS. If you've gone the red dot route on your compact EDC but want a dependable iron backup you can trust, this combo delivers both—precision-machined to work seamlessly and designed to keep you sight-ready in any light condition.
At its core is a dedicated optic plate machined from 17-4 stainless steel and finished with nitride coating for durability and corrosion resistance. That plate mounts directly to your MOS footprint and accepts Holosun EPS-type optics and other compatible glass. But this isn't just a plate; it's paired with a complete lower 1/3rd co-witness backup sight set that doesn't clutter your field of view. The tritium front sight gives you fast target acquisition in low light, while the rear is intentionally blank—no distracting notch, just clean lines and anti-glare serrations to kill shine.
The lower 1/3rd height (220-227 range) keeps your red dot and iron sights in natural alignment without forcing your head position or creating shadow. For carry—where speed matters and you live and die by simplicity—that's the difference between a sight system that works and one that slows you down when it counts. Night Fision's reputation for rugged, low-light-optimized sights means the tritium is there to work, not just to look tactical.
Installation is straightforward: the kit includes the plate, backup sights, extra fasteners, and an installation tool, so you're not hunting for hardware or wondering if you've got the right screws. If you're running the 43X MOS (or the 48 MOS for that matter) and want iron backup on your optic that doesn't compromise your dot picture, this is built for you.

Yes. This Night Fision combo is specifically designed for the Glock 43X MOS (and also fits the 48 MOS). The optic plate mounts directly to the MOS footprint on your slide.
The plate accepts Holosun EPS-type optics and other compatible models. Night Fision provides a Pairing Guide to confirm compatibility with your specific optic; check that before purchase to be certain.
Lower 1/3rd co-witness means your backup iron sights sit below the center line of your red dot, so they don't block or crowd your optic picture. When you look through the dot, the irons appear below it. This design keeps your sight picture clean and is popular for EDC because it lets you use either sights or dot without visual clutter or head position changes.
