NCStar
The NCStar VISM Tourniquet Tactical Pouch in green is a purpose-built carrier for keeping a tourniquet accessible and organized on your kit or pack. Whether you're building a medical loadout, outfitting a range bag, or staging gear for field use, this pouch holds most popular tourniquet designs and keeps them ready when you need them. VISM (NCStar's higher-end product line) focused on useful features and solid construction—this pouch proves it.
The main compartment fits standard tourniquets with room to spare, while a dedicated slot on the back of the pouch secures a trauma shear in place using hook-and-loop straps. That's the kind of thoughtful layout that separates actual working gear from generic storage. A bright red pull tab on the flap ensures you can find and deploy it fast, even in low light or high stress.
At 7 inches tall by 2 inches wide and 1.75 inches deep, it's compact enough to integrate into a pack, belt, or medical kit without bulk. The 5.5-inch flap provides good protection for contents while staying snappy to access. Ideal for hunters, shooters, overlanders, or anyone carrying medical gear as part of their everyday or backcountry readiness.
