NCStar
The NCStar VG158 QD sling mount is a quick-detach attachment point built for shooters who want flexibility in how they carry and handle their rifle. If you run a modern Picatinny-railed rifle or carbine and prefer the speed and simplicity of a QD sling system, this polymer mount lets you snap your sling on or off in seconds without tools or gunsmithing. It's the kind of no-fuss addition that makes sense whether you're hunting, running drills at the range, or just want the option to go hands-free when you need it.
Built from black polymer, the VG158 keeps weight minimal while maintaining the durability shooters expect from a working rifle accessory. Polymer construction means no rust concerns and an aggressive price point that won't make you hesitant to equip multiple guns. The quick-detach mechanism itself is the real workhorse—solid and reliable enough for repetitive use without creep or rattle.
Installation is straightforward: the mount comes with all hardware needed to secure it to any Picatinny rail. No additional parts or fasteners to hunt down. Get it in the box, bolt it on, and you're done. Whether you're upgrading a duty rifle, setting up a new hunting gun, or filling out a spare platform, the VG158 pulls its weight without pretense or bloat.
