The NCStar Tactical Shotgun Scabbard in green is a versatile soft case built for hunters and shooters who need quick, comfortable access to their shotgun in the field or at the range. Whether you're carrying over your shoulder for a day of upland hunting, duck season work, or mounting to your tactical pack, this scabbard delivers practical protection and easy deployment. The design balances mobility with security—you get a padded shoulder sling for hands-free carry and adjustable retention to keep your gun stable and ready.

What sets this scabbard apart is its dual MOLLE webbing, running across both sides of the case. That gives you genuine modularity: attach it to a MOLLE-compatible vest, plate carrier, or pack without juggling multiple attachment points. The padded construction protects your shotgun's finish during transport, and the adjustable retention strap means you can dial in the fit whether you're running an 18.5-inch tactical gun or a longer hunting model. This is the kind of gear that works as hard as you do, whether you're running a multi-day hunt camp, working a range day, or transitioning between vehicle and foot.

NCStar built this scabbard for people who shoot. It's not fancy, but it's functional, straightforward, and won't break the bank. The green finish blends into most environments, and the overall design keeps your shotgun accessible and protected—no velcro flapping, no overthinking it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I mount this scabbard to a MOLLE vest or tactical pack?

Yes. The scabbard features MOLLE webbing on both sides, so it integrates with any MOLLE-compatible gear. You can attach it to a plate carrier, tactical vest, or modular backpack using standard MOLLE strips.

What shotguns does this scabbard fit?

The scabbard is designed for tactical and hunting shotguns. The adjustable retention strap allows you to secure different barrel lengths and shotgun profiles, though we recommend confirming fit with your specific model before purchase if you have an unusual configuration.

Does this come with the shoulder sling?

Yes. The padded shoulder sling is included and can be used for over-the-shoulder carry or removed if you prefer MOLLE mounting only.

Is this a hard or soft case?

This is a soft case with padded protection. It's designed for field use and modularity rather than maximum impact resistance; it protects your shotgun's finish during transport and outdoor use.
